I must say I'm starting to think this is actually in 'character'.

His point about the penthouse collapse would be valid if it wasn't the 'truth' movement that got the footage released in the first place. The reason loads of truth videos don't include it was because it wasn't available until 2009/2010.

His point about NIST not investigating termites is also curious since it wouldn't make sense to investigate for termites because it doesn't look like termites were a probable cause. It does look like a controlled demolition though so it would be logical to investigate whether explosives were used.
