if that's all there is to the clip.. the reporter just assaulted someone on a public sidewalk and should be given a ticket... and then the drunk guy should be given a ticket.

and the revenue from both dumbass's tickets should go towards educating other dumbasses.

i wonder if one day there could be a system like that...
